Drunk Driver Sentenced

A San Angelo man was sentenced on Wednesday, after hitting and killing a pedestrian while driving intoxicated almost four years ago. Brian Castillo was sentenced to eight years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutions Division for intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle. The accident, which occurred March 14, 2020, killed Johnell Hornsby, who died at the scene.
