State Park Police Captain Thomas Bigham will announce his bid
for the Republican nomination for Precinct 4 Constable at 5:30pm
Friday at the Tom Green County courthouse. Bigham is retiring from
Texas Parks and Wildlife at the end of December. He previously retired
after 20 years service from the San Angelo Police department. Bigham
holds a Bachelors degree in Administration of Criminal Justice from
Mountain State University and a Master Police Officer certification from
the State of Texas.
