The Angelo State University Symphony Orchestra will present its
second concert of the fall season on Thursday, Nov. 9, at First
Presbyterian Church, 32 N. Irving St. in downtown San Angelo.
Titled “For the Love of Music,” the concert will begin at 7 p.m. and
is free and open to the public. A special feature of the concert will be
solo performances by ASU’s 2023 Concerto Competition winners.
The Symphony Orchestra includes over 40 student musicians and
is directed by Dr. Fagner M. Rocha, associate professor of music.
