Angelo State University is inviting the community to participate
in a weekend of family-friendly activities Friday through Sunday
including baseball, basketball, and softball games, and highlighted
by a free fireworks show following the softball game Friday evening.
Residents in the surrounding area may hear loud popping and blasts
as the fireworks commence on Friday evening. Saturday’s Rams
and Belles basketball games will be Educators Appreciation Day at
the Junell Center/Stephens Arena. All employees from the SAISD,
Concho Valley ISDs and ASU, as well as their spouses and dependents,
will get free admission to the games with their employee ID badges.
