Fire crews have fully contained the Cusenbary Draw Fire in Sutton County after it burned nearly 1,400 acres. Emergency officials say the wildfire scorched 1,376 acres before crews brought it under control over the weekend. Firefighters from the Sonora Volunteer Fire Department and the Texas A&M Forest Service worked the blaze for several days. All crews have now returned to their stations. No injuries have been reported. Officials will continue monitoring the area for any flare-ups.
