COSA’s Bryan Kendrick Accepts New Position In Liberty, TX

The City of San Angelo’s Director of Human Resources and Risk Management position will be open. Bryan Kendrick has reportedly accepted a new job as the City Manager for the town of Liberty in southeast Texas. Kendrick has been with the City of San Angelo for 16 years, including the last six in his current position. He previously worked in finance and as a city clerk with the City of San Angelo. Kendrick expects to start his new job between mid-February and early March after fulfilling his requirements with the City of San Angelo.
