San Angelo Man Takes Plea Deal On Three Counts Of Sexual Assault

A San Angelo man has taken a plea deal regarding three counts of sexual assault of a child. 27-year-old Benjamin Flores Jr. pled guilty on Sept. 30 to the charges in exchange for 10 years under deferred adjudication, according to court documents. Investigators spoke with Flores, who admitted to the act. He also stated that he knew the child was 16 years of age at the time of the incident.
