The Texas Department of Transportation has postponed the transport of a super-heavy load scheduled for August 15 through the Concho Valley. The load, an upper cold box for cryogenic equipment, has not yet departed and all related travel has been canceled for the week. TxDOT will update residents on new plans for the transport when details are finalized.
