The City of Robert Lee is advising residents to conserve water due to a mechanical failure at the Bronte transfer pump station. As of August 2, one of the two pumps that move water to the city for treatment and distribution is out of service for repairs.
City Superintendent Tanner Brickey expects the repairs to be finished by next week. In the interim, residents are urged to reduce their water usage. Updates will be provided by KLST and the City of Robert Lee.
