Southeastern Conference Welcomes UT

The celebration to mark the University of Texas joining the Southeastern Conference drew big crowds to the campus in Austin. One person was hurt and taken to the hospital when the crowd surged towards the stage for a Pitbull concert. The injured person is expected to be okay. Emergency response officials say two other people at the celebration had medical problems and were also transported to the hospital. UT and the University of Oklahoma are now officially members of the SEC.
