A 17-year-old T’Jon Walker of San Angelo, accused of assaulting a guard and breaking out of the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center with two other escapees in January, has been indicted.
Walker faces three charges altogether, one charge of unlawful restraint of a public servant, one charge of assault of a public servant and one charge of an escape that caused bodily injury.
Walker was placed on the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office’s Most Wanted list on January 9 until his capture on March 4 following the execution of two search and arrest warrants.
