Work is moving along on the new “Amazon last-mile facility” under construction in north San Angelo.
The new delivery station is expected to open later this year. Dirt and foundation work continues on the 33-thousand-square-foot facility off Loop 306 at Gateway Drive.
Amazon transports packages to “Last mile” delivery stations from sorting centers for final delivery to customers.
