After many Concho Valley Schools were closed yesterday due to
the winter weather conditions and to honor the Martin Luther King
Junior Holiday: most area schools will be reopening this morning.
Also, City of San Angelo Offices and Tom Green County Offices
are slated to reopen today after the holiday break. Goodfellow
Air Force Base also will be open for regular hours.
