Officials say “The Oasis,” a day shelter for homeless and vulnerable
residents, reopened on Tuesday. It’s located at Saint Paul Presbyterian
Church at 11 North Park Street. They invite anyone needing shelter to
come to the Oasis for a safe, warm space. They offer hot meals,
clothing, and hygiene items. Anyone is welcome to come. They are
