The ASU Small Business Development Center is hosting the
virtual event “Small Business Legal 101” on Friday, January 12th
from 1 to 2 PM at no cost. The event will cover the information
small business owners need to know through the business’ legal
life cycle, from options in legal structure when starting, such as
sole proprietor vs LLC, to how to plan your exit when it comes
time to sell or retire. You can register for the event at
