City officials say the final paving of a section of College Hills
Boulevard will begin on Tuesday. The paving
will be on College Hills from West Avenue N to Millbrook. It’s taking
place between December 5th and Friday, December 8th. This will be
the final paving of the roadway. One of two lanes will be closed
during construction, with flaggers directing two-way traffic.
