Thousands of Concho Valley residents gathered yesterday for the
27th annual HEB Feast of Sharing event, a free holiday meal for
anyone. Guests to the event at the First Financial Pavillion enjoyed
BBQ Brisket, Sausage, Potato Salad, Pinto Beans and Pie. In addition
to the meal, there was music, family activities, free flu shots, and
community services. Hundreds of volunteers helped prepare and serve
the meals. Officials expected about 65 hundred people to attend.
