A 20 year old woman was taken into custody after leading officers
on a vehicle pursuit in the Southside of San Angelo. Jessica Brownrigg
is facing multiple charges in relation to this incident. At a Police
traffic stop near Washington and West Ave. D. Brownrigg initially
complied with the stop but fled in her vehicle. As a chase ensued other
officers were able to get in front deployed “Stops Sticks” on her vehicle
in the 4000blk of S. Bryant. Her vehicle’s tires were deflated and
she eventually stopped on West Loop 306. Brownrigg was taken into
custody and was charged evading Arrest/Detention with a Motor
Vehicle and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
