The popular annual Taste of San Angelo event is slated for
this evening. The event is the 48th annual and is sponsored
by the San Angelo Restaurant Association, benefitting Culinary Arts
Students at local schools. It takes place at the Spur Arena on the
San Angelo Fairgrounds. A 40-dollar ticket at the door gains admittance
to the finest choices from nearly 50 food and beverage vendors. As
guests stroll through the delicacies, there will be live music and a silent
auction. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
