This morning Howard College San Angelo broke ground for its
newest training facility, their new electrical and plumbing training
building. The new facility is made possible with support from a
first time four hundred-thousand-dollar Gable Grant from the Lowe’s
Foundation and assistance from members and leadership
of the Home Builders Association. Howard President Cheryl Sparks
says its a great opportunity for the college and the area:

She says it’s an exciting development for the skilled trades in San
Angelo. Construction on the new building should start in the spring.
