Wall Hawks Look to Take Down A Dynasty

The Wall Hawks have won 26 of their last 27 football games and the only team who’s beat Wall during this run is the Gunter Tigers but Wall has a chance for revenge tonight in a rematch in the 3A D2 state semifinals. Kickoff at 6pm at Art Briles Stadium in Stephenville. Gunter has won the 3A D2 state championship three consecutive years and Wall will try to end Gunter’s reign tonight. The winner of Wall-Gunter will play Newton next Thursday night for the state championship. Newton, who’s ranked #4 in the state, beat East Bernard last night 74-20.
